Real Estate Broker
Brokerage Operations Manager

The company is currently seeking a licensed real estate broker to be responsible for licensing, brokerage functions and our extensive broker/agent referral network. Ideal candidate should have 3+ years real estate brokerage management experience with active licensing in one or more states. The individual selected will help develop overall brokerage strategies for the company and be responsible for the hiring and oversight of additional licensed agents and brokers for the various markets where the company is licensed. This unique opportunity for leadership will go to the individual most qualified to help recreate the real estate industry for the future. Must be a self-motivated innovator with strong leadership skills who enjoys the challenge of promoting a revolutionary new concept in real estate brokerage.

Develop overall brokerage strategies and initiatives.
Develop and maintain referral network.
Oversee company real estate licensing compliance, continuing education requirements, co-broker interactions, board/MLS memberships, etc.
Responsible for oversight of real estate contracts and current customer interactions with regard to real estate transactions.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Technology Officer to oversee the company's technology initiatives including websites development, search engine optimization and marketing and software development. Ideal candidate should have extensive background in programming for the web as well as expertise in search engine optimization and marketing. Experience with RETS technology and broker IDX a plus.

You must have extensive knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts, C, PHP, HTML (without the help of an HTML WYSIWYG editor), JavaScript, CSS, mySQL and Apache along with solid experience. You will be expected to plan, research, develop logic, code, test and deploy several Web projects with minimal assistance. You should know how to build a PHP web application from the ground up, as well as modify and build on existing code. You should know C, PHP & my SQL like the back of your hand.

Good understanding of object oriented programming and programming principles
Advanced understanding of the PHP programming language (3+ years), HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and JavaScript
Advanced knowledge of Web protocols and programming requirements
Advanced knowledge of UNIX operating system (primarily Linux) and Apache.
Advanced understanding of mySQL database (developer fundamentals)
Good understanding of PERL and CGI protocols
Good understanding of search engine optimization
