My question is that you say to contact a sales agent but is this agent a licensed real estate professional in the state (I live in PA) where I live? Does this agent handle transactions, set up showings, etc? I am confused as to whether your services are a real estate office or just an advertising mechanism? Am I still a For Sale By Owner, and must handle all my paperwork, including the contract? Never did this before so I need answers.
