For properties within a subdivision or developement where seller is listing a sample property under one of Bloomkey's Investor/Builder Home Selling Plans. MLS regulations require that when a property is listed as a sample for other properties within a development and any of those other properties sell, the information be entered into the MLS system. Multiple properties within a development be entered as sold at the time of closing.

If the sample property is sold, before the other properties described on the listing, a new sample listing must be entered.
