Deposit held to ensure compliance with 'Requirements of Seller' under the Listing Agreement. Deposit may be made in lieu of Credit Card Authorization form, however, deposit does not relieve Seller of obligation to comply with the terms of the Listing Agreement. If all terms have been met, deposit shall be returned within 14 days of termination of listing or settlement, whichever occurs first.
